The App Planet at the recent Mobile World Congress had more than 50,000 visitors during the four days of the show. The ST-Ericsson Partner Zone in the App Planet was bigger and better than ever before and several hundred demonstrations were performed by our partners for application developers, device manufacturers, customers and entrepreneurs.
ST-Ericsson’s collaboration with partners to integrate advanced use cases and work on optimal systems and software architecture resulted in a selection of great demos running on high end devices. Visitors could experience new ways of interacting and exploring the technologies that are paving the way for the next generation of mobile devices. Of course ST-Ericsson is delighted to work with innovators in mobile device user interface technology, providing them with the tools to develop on our high performance application processors.
It was very exciting to see partners making their technology available on our popular Snowball development platform, showing the possibilities for innovation and product development.
